Fallhausalm Forstau – a wonderful excursion destination
At our very own Fallhausalm, where, because of its unique setting, a number of commercials have occasionally been filmed, we are proud to offer you an array of home-made delicacies, including cheese, bacon, butter, bread, doughnuts, buttermilk and more, all featuring ingredients from our own farm. The views of the Dachstein Massif are magical, as are those of the peaks of the Radstädter and Schladminger Tauern!
We will be glad to drive you out on the Fallhausalm Biotope Express,
taking you out through the Forstau-Winkl valley and up to the hill farm (elev. 1350 m
above sea level), where glorious hiking tours await you. TIP: spend
a night at our 250-year-old mountain hut, no electric, no mobile phone - just
like in the good old days. We would be more than happy to make the arrangements
on your behalf !
